When I was thinking about how I wanted to decorate my room, I knew I wanted a boho vibe, but I also wanted some classic, sophisticated pieces that would really elevate the space. I would describe my room as boho chic and I feel like I nailed it! My mom and sister were a HUGE help in picking out the pieces and placing it all in my room. They really made this all come to life.

Most of the decor is from Hobby Lobby, Marshalls, Amazon, and Target. Exact and similar pieces will be linked at the bottom of the post!

As you can kind of see from the photos, my bed sits up very high (33″ off the ground to be exact 🙃) This is becuase I utilize the space under my bed for storage. I keep bins full of sweaters, sweatshirts and other seasonal items along with 2 shoe racks to keep everything organized.

I searched around for hours looking at nightstands. Since my bed is so high, I needed to find one that was at least 30″ tall and they are pretty hard to find. This gem is from Target and it is beautiful. I didn’t think I would like a mirrored piece of furniture, but this really dresses up the space and I love the preppy feel with the quatrefoil design. It is such a timeless piece!

The bamboo rack is where I keep my season staples. I love that I can grab them with ease. The shelves are cute to decorate as well.

I love that all of my jewelry is displayed so I can see everything that I have. I also keep all of my masks in the “disco ball” so I can easily grab one for class!

Y’all are pretty familiar with this section of my room! I love how my mirror came together. It looks like something that you would see in a boutique! My display of hats is so fun and they really tie in all of the colors in my room. The pumpkins and pampas grass are the newest additions and really complete the space!

I really wanted a pink velvet bench to sit at the foot of my bed and I found the perfect one. Not only do I love the color and the quality, I like how the cushion opens and has extra storage. It is rather short for my bed, but I did get longer legs for it and need to put them on ASAP.

The last section of my room is probably my absolute favorite. I dreamed of how this hutch was going to look and I was blown away on how it turned out! This is the first thing you see when you look in my room and I love how chic it is.

Fun fact about my headboard, hutch and dresser: it was all my baby furniture! I really wanted to get new furniture but my mom convinced me to bring it with me and it worked out perfectly. It really proves that the way you decorate can completely transform the look of the space!
